Question: Am I really talking to God?
Inquiring as to whether or not the one who is speaking to me, the source of these revelations, is indeed God is a reasonable question to ask. There are numerous materials on people who are claiming to be God or messengers of God. Many of their teachings may echo some of the terminologies used that one can easily mistake that the teachings here are similar to new age or eastern faiths. They are not.
As the years went by, I came to the conclusion that I had more reasons to believe that this is God than reasons to believe this is not God. However, this did not stop me from doubting once in a while.
God summarized my doubts in one simple statement:
God confronted my issues head-on by enumerating what I was really thinking at the back of my mind.
God’s answer:
In the Chapter, The Path of Salvation, God refers to fallen angels as big bad wolves. So, this question means: Do I think that He, the One speaking to me, is the devil in disguise? To address this concern, God led me to this event in the bible (Matthew 12:22-028):
Then they brought to him (Jesus) a blind and dumb demoniac; and he cured him, so that the dumb man could speak and see. All the people were astounded and said, 'Can this be the son of David?' But when the Pharisees heard this they said, 'The man drives out devils only through Beelzebul, the chief of the devils.'
Knowing what was in their minds he said to them, 'Every kingdom divided against itself is heading for ruin; and no town, no household divided against itself can last.
